Your DeFi positions, valued correctly.
Independent shadow NAV for crypto funds whose books live on-chain. We value LP positions, staked assets, lending and perps from on-chain state, then show you exactly why your administrator's number differs, line by line.
Position types we value from on-chain state
- Concentrated liquidity
- Liquid staking
- Restaking
- Lending & borrowing
- On-chain perps
- Vesting tokens
- Airdrops
Fund accounting wasn't built for on-chain books.
Traditional administration assumes business hours, central custodians and T+2 settlement. DeFi positions are 24/7, spread across protocols, and their value lives in contract state most tools never read.
LP positions booked at cost
Concentrated-liquidity positions get valued at what you deposited, not what the bins actually hold at the valuation point.
Debt netted away
Collateral and borrowings collapsed into one number, hiding leverage.
Rewards in limbo
Yield, fees and airdrops recognized late, inconsistently, or not at all.
The spreadsheet
Someone rebuilds NAV by hand every month. Formulas drift, and only one person knows how it works.
What we value from on-chain state
Every position is read at the block matching your valuation timestamp, not "latest", and valued under a written policy you approve.
Concentrated liquidity
DLMM and Uniswap v3-style poolsToken amounts across bins at the valuation block, plus unclaimed fees and rewards.
Liquid staking and restaking
Staked and restaked assetsExchange rate against the base asset, with a consistent rule for when rewards are recognized.
Lending and borrowing
Money markets and vaultsCollateral and debt as a separate asset and liability, interest accrued to the valuation point. Never netted.
On-chain perpetuals
Perp DEXsUnrealized P&L, funding accruals and margin, priced from a documented source.
Locked and vesting tokens
Lockups and unlock schedulesA documented, consistently applied valuation discount policy.
Airdrops
Claimable and receivedClear recognition timing and value, separating what's claimable from what's received.
Starting with Solana and EVM chains, prioritizing the exact protocols our design partners hold.
From raw on-chain state to an explained NAV
A deterministic pipeline. Run it again next year with the same inputs and you get the same number, to the cent.
Ingest
Read-only exchange APIs and on-chain state at the valuation block. Every raw response stored unchanged.
Normalize
Protocol-specific decoders turn contract state into standard accounting events.
Ledger
Double-entry and append-only. Corrections are new entries, never edits.
Value
Prices at your valuation point, each with a recorded source and timestamp.
Reconcile
Compared with your administrator's NAV position by position, with every difference explained.
Reproducible
Every NAV rebuilds from three things: raw snapshots, the valuation-policy version and the code version.
Traceable prices
"Why is ETH at this price?" always has an answer: which source, which venue, which timestamp.
Decimal-exact
All money math uses exact decimal arithmetic. No floating-point rounding in a number your LPs rely on.
AI assists. It never computes your NAV.
Language models are good at reading messy inputs and explaining results. They are not an acceptable source for a number of record.
Where we use AI
- Classifying unfamiliar contract interactions for human confirmation
- Extracting figures from administrators' PDF NAV reports
- Drafting plain-English NAV explanations that cite ledger entries
Where we never do
- Calculating NAV, fees or any number of record
- Choosing prices or valuation policy
- Sending anything to your LPs without human review
// NAV is a pure function. No model in the loop.
const nav = computeNav({
snapshots: "2026-09-30T00:00Z", // raw, immutable
policy: "valuation-policy@v3",
engine: "engine@4f2a9c1",
});
// Same inputs, same NAV. To the cent.
assert(nav.total === 18_412_906.37);
// AI only drafts the explanation, citing entries.
const memo = await draftExplanation(nav.diff);
requireHumanReview(memo);
Built to be trusted with your numbers
You're trusting us with your fund's most sensitive data. These are design commitments, not features we'll add later.
Read-only access, always
We refuse any API key with trading or withdrawal permissions. We read balances and positions. Nothing else.
We never touch your assets
No custody, no signing, no transfers. We can't move funds, by design.
Your administrator stays official
We're an independent check alongside your administrator. The official NAV remains theirs.
Encrypted and logged
Credentials encrypted at rest, two-factor authentication, and an audit log of who viewed what.
"We couldn't get a correct number for our own on-chain positions. So we built the accounting ourselves."
Artha Logic Labs started as the position accounting behind our own on-chain liquidity strategies: concentrated-liquidity bins, unclaimed fees, rebalances, impermanent loss. Most of the gap between a fund's number and its administrator's comes from a handful of position types nobody models properly.
We're practitioners first. That's the standard we hold the product to.
Help shape it. Get it built for your book.
We're working closely with a small number of funds to build exactly what they need, starting with the protocols they actually hold.
- Hands-on onboardingWe connect your exchanges, wallets and protocols with you, not a ticket queue.
- Monthly shadow NAV and reconciliationAn independent NAV and a line-by-line explanation of every difference.
- Direct line to the buildersYour feedback goes straight into what we build next.
- Design-partner pricing, low riskA paid pilot at a reduced rate, refunded if it doesn't deliver.
Is this for you?
The program is a fit if you:
- Run a crypto fund, roughly $1M to $50M in assets
- Hold meaningful DeFi positions: LP, staking, lending or on-chain perps
- Have struggled to get a NAV you fully trust
Or email hello@arthalogiclabs.com. We reply within two business days.
Common questions
Do you replace our fund administrator?
No. We're an independent shadow NAV that runs alongside your administrator. Your administrator's NAV stays the official one. We help you catch and explain differences before they reach your LPs.
Do you need trading or withdrawal permissions?
Never. We only accept read-only API keys and public on-chain data. If a key has trading or withdrawal permissions, we reject it.
Which chains and protocols do you support?
We're starting with Solana and EVM chains and building protocol coverage around what our design partners actually hold. If it's in your book, tell us. That's how the roadmap gets set.
How is this different from crypto tax or accounting software?
Tax tools answer "what do I owe?" once a year. Enterprise accounting platforms serve large organizations. We focus on one thing: an accurate, explainable NAV for funds with real DeFi exposure, reconciled to their administrator.
Do you use AI to calculate NAV?
No. NAV and fee calculations are deterministic code with exact decimal math, and every result is reproducible. AI only helps with classification, document extraction and drafting explanations, always with human review.
What does it cost?
Design partners get reduced pilot pricing, refunded if the pilot doesn't deliver. Get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
